Question:

Why does the status say 'Disabled' after I revisit a collection?

Answer

This behavior is by design, hence normal.

In order for Ultraseek to begin revisiting URLs, Ultraseek will restart itself.  As a preparation for the Ultraseek restart, Ultraseek will disables all collections for a few seconds to come to a quiescent state.  If you click "Reload" or "Refresh" on your browser window after a few seconds, it will show active.
